At The Balancing Act, Acupuncture and Massage, LLC we understand how fleeting balance truly is. We may achieve it but the forces of nature and the world can shift the ground upon which our base is planted and thus throw us for a loop. The key is to see these balance shifts as they are occurring and take the necessary action to right ourselves.

The focus at The Balancing Act is on personalizing each treatment to the client’s specific goals and needs as determined in an in-depth intake. Once the goals have been identified, client/patient discussions concerning the roles we both have in the healing process including take-home exercises, nutritional advice and other lifestyle changes that will help you to reach your stated goals. Follow up is also very important to assess the progress made and reevaluate next steps. Blending multiple modalities in each treatment or therapy offers a unique healing experience.
